300 million kn for co-financing the implementation of EU projects at regional and local level for 2019

The Public Call of the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union is announced for funds to co-finance the implementation of EU projects at regional and local level, under the Program for co-financing of EU projects implementation at regional and local level for 2019. As part of the program, the available amount of funds allocated in the public call procedure is 300 million HRK .

Eligible users of funds are:

  • units of local and regional self-government,
  • legal entities in majority ownership or co-ownership of units of local and regional self-government and institutions whose founders are local and regional self-government units.

The call shall be open to the utilization of the funds set out in the decision but no later than 15 December 2019.

The funds of the Program are non-refundable and are intended to co-finance the implementation of EU projects at regional and local level for beneficiaries who have concluded a grant agreement from EU funds for the 2014-2020 programming period.

The minimum amount of co-financing required for EU project implementation per individual EU project should not be less than 50.000 HRK, while the maximum value may amount to 7.5 million HRK. The number of EU projects for which the user can apply is not limited, but the amount of funds that can be allocated to a user within this Call is limits to HRK 15 million.
